Terry Baiamonte and Adair Sutherland, who both sit on the board of the San Antonio River Authority, look over four acres that were recently donated to the River Authority for the creation of a park.
-
The reason for the park is to get people on to the San Antonio River.
-
There is plenty to see along the way.
-
This railroad bridge was built in 1927.
-
This tree has hanging on to the river bank for just about as long.
-
In some place the bank is just roots, all the soil has been washed away.
-
The roots of trees is only thing holding some parts of the bank together.

The end of the paddling trail is Presidio La Bahia and the Goliad State Park.
